BRISTOL Industrial Dust Absorption Equipment

BRISTOL High Performace Cyclone and Cyclone groups 
To separate dustlike mediums, also available as a hot gas model. As a compact, cost effective main separator of coarse grained dust (depending on the design high separation grades of more than 95% can be attained) or as a pre-separator.

Due to optimized component design, the unit can be operate at process temperatures of up to 500° C and an almost unlimited system pressure. The correct fluicid arrangement of the cyclones in groups makes dust extraction for large volume flows possible.
 

BRISTOL Bag- and Cartridge Filters
To seperate very fine dust with high seperation grades. In addition to the BRISTOL standard filter ranges (tmax=260°C) we can also deliver tailor-made plants for increased operating temperatures to suit the demands of each individual customer. Our BRISTOL hot gas filter or optimized in all areas due to the high temperatures. In addition to the general construction (choice of material, thermal expansion, sealing, isolation etc.) and fluid technics, we have also adapted the compressed air dedusting and plant control system in particular to meet the high demands.    

BRISTOL Electrostatic Filters
In addition to our electrostatic industrial air filters
(can be used for temperatures up to 60°C) we also have another line of single stage modular electrostatic filters within our programme that can be used for temperatures of up to 300°C and large air volumes.

BRISTOL Rotary Valves
These devices can be used for various applications, either as a discharge unit (filter or silo outlet) or as a dosing unit (speed control by means of frequency conversion).

BRISTOL Screw Conveyors
In addition to the initial function to discharge/dose it also has the advantage that it can be used to convey goods for lengths of up to 12m at a maximum inclination of 40°C. High throughput performance is possible due to nominal diameters of up to 800mm.

Pneumatic Conveyors
To overcome longer and higher distances, particles are transported by a pneumatic conveyor that is cheap to buy (in comparison with corresponding conveyors like conveyor worms, chain conveyors or elevators). The transportation path can be flexibly adapted to suit the local area and is to be agreed upon together with the plant operator. In addition to working at ambient temperatures it is also possible for the plant to convey hot dusts (material temperatures of up to 400°C).

Pipeline Systems
The conveying of dust and clean air is carried out by pipeline systems that are designed to suit the respective operating conditions.

Ventilators
The ventilators used by us at ambient as well as high temperatures (301-500°C) are designed depending on the individual application.
